The J5010H is a Vertical Internal Slicing (ID) machine in the Prominer CNC Vertical Internal Slicing Machine family. Internal-diameter (ID) blade slicers produce ultra-thin, high-accuracy wafers where wire methods reach their limit. The J5010H delivers TTV <=5 um and kerf <100 um for semiconductor and optical wafer production that demands the tightest tolerances.

J5010H Vertical Internal Slicing Machine
The equipment consists of the following main components: machine base, spindle system, Z-axis system, X-axis system, cutting fluid system, and protective system. During operation, the workpiece is fixed to the Z-axis component. The X-axis system drives the Z-axis component to move, thereby moving the workpiece radially along the X-axis from the center of the high-speed rotating internal circular blade, achieving precise cutting of the workpiece. Installation & Training

Operator training covers safe operation, wire threading, tension setting, feed-rate optimization, and basic troubleshooting. Maintenance training covers lubrication points, guide-wheel replacement, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Training materials — operation manuals, video guides, and a illustrated spare-parts catalog — are delivered in digital form at handover, with optional on-site refresher sessions for new staff.
Operating Environment & Safety
Install the machine in a clean, level workshop with an ambient temperature of 5–40 °C and relative humidity below 85%. Avoid direct sunlight and corrosive atmospheres.
A stable three-phase power supply and a dedicated coolant / cutting-fluid circulation and filtration system are required. The working zone must be equipped with dust extraction (recommended port ≥ Φ100 mm) and adequate lighting.
Operators must wear protective eyewear and cut-resistant gloves. Loose clothing, ties, and jewelry are prohibited near the moving wire. Emergency stop buttons must remain unobstructed at all times.
