The HXB500CT-250 is a Wire Saw Cutting machine in the Prominer CNC Endless Wire Saw Machine family. Endless (loop) wire saws run a continuous diamond- or abrasive-coated wire at high speed, delivering the thinnest kerf and finest surface finish of any wire-cutting method. Covering sand-wire, abrasive-wire and diamond-wire configurations across the HX, HXB, HXV, HXW, HXWB, HXVB, HXT and HXWV series, the Endless family handles everything from silicon ingot cropping to sapphire substrate slicing and large-format graphite blocks.

X/R 2-Axis Configuration : X-axis carriage moves as a complete unit for tool positioning. After positioning is complete, the X-axis locks and the R-axis rotates to achieve inner and outer diameter cutting. Material-Specific PLC System : Operating system designed according to material characteristics for cutting inner and outer circles, matched with multi-groove guide wheels to reduce costs. Specialized Fixture Design : Custom fixture designed based on material properties allows single clamping to complete both inner hole and outer circle cutting, ensuring cutting accuracy. Equipped with centering device for automatic alignment upon material loading, enabling convenient operation. Triple Protection System : Three-layer protection prevents cutting particles and water mist from entering the ball screw and guide rails. Combined with automatic lubrication system to extend ball screw and guide rail service life. Coolant Circulation System : Stainless steel cutting fluid circulation and filtration system. Operating Environment & Safety

Install the machine in a clean, level workshop with an ambient temperature of 5–40 °C and relative humidity below 85%. Avoid direct sunlight and corrosive atmospheres.

A stable three-phase power supply and a dedicated coolant / cutting-fluid circulation and filtration system are required. The working zone must be equipped with dust extraction (recommended port ≥ Φ100 mm) and adequate lighting.
